Kerdu Lenear

    Kerdu is a wife, mother of two young athletes and a former professional basketball player who turned her life around at the age of 40 by discovering how to train her thinking muscle. Inspired by personal development and transformation, founded the Mindset Fitness platform and today operates as an entrepreneur, trainer and mentor. He recently completed his MBA at TalTech, where in his thesis he explored in depth the impact of fear in a professional career and how self-obstruction hinders one's success.
